We had a good time here and prices were not too bad considering the amount of fresh seafood you get. The clam chowder was not bad. Sweet potato fries were nice and crispy. Everything in the boil was wayyy too salty though! I would also love if they included calamari rings as part of their seafood offerings. Would probably come again due to limited places to get seafood boil in the area.
Holy mother of tasty! This was my first time trying a seafood boil and we went on my birthday. I got the Thursday special and added 1/2 lb of crawfish. For the sauce i did the juicy special, hot for spice level. The sauce was out of this world phenomenal. I dipped our breadsticks in it and it was pure heaven on the taste buds. Our cocktails were also super delicious and priced correctly. I only knocked off one star because it's clear they are in need of more wait staff. Most of the other tables hadn't been bussed, so to just look around and see dirty tables everywhere was a turn off. Also the host didn't say one word to us, just motioned for us to follow him, sat us down and walked away. Will definitely be back!
Juicy Seafood is in a very convenient spot for me - considering it's only 5 minutes from my house lmao. My family/friends and I have been coming ever since they first opened, and it's always a hit the majority of the time! First look at the exterior and you may be like ew since the building used to be Pizza Hut back then, but the inside is very nice and spacious! The decor makes you feel like you're in an actual pirate boat. It's more of a casual spot so I don't recommend dressing up. Plus, I love how during their grand opening, they let you write on the walls! At this point, I can't find where I wrote haha. Service was better a couple years ago. They were more friendly. I'd say it's decent now but it depends on who you get tbh. I usually get their oysters and fried calamari then for my seafood boil I get the 1/2 lb headless shrimp, 1 lb snow crab legs and, 1/2 lb clams or their "Monday" special with their juicy special sauce, which is a mix of cajun, lemon pepper and garlic butter, and extra hot for the spice level! All of their boils will come with corn and potatos which I love dipping into the bag of sauce and some lemon/lime. Quality of the seafood has never been an issue. Everything is pretty fresh. I recommend getting extra sauce because recently, the sauce has been paste-y and not evenly spread like you'd expect so extra sauce helps.
I've only ordered take out but I have seen the place inside and it looks nice. I like the big screen they have on the back. I had their boiled seafood and it's so delicious!!! The one menu item I didn't like at all and made me sick to my stomach were the fried oysters so I don't recommend those but the boiled seafood is to die for. Their seasoning is so yummy. The staff are very nice and the place is allergy friendly! It's a bit pricey but it's worth it if you get boiled seafood
We went for the 1st time for my birthday. Totally delicious if u want a seafood boil. Perfect amount of spice. The shrimp and sausage and crab legs were yummy. Waitress was very accommodating and helped us figure out the menu.. alot to choose from. A little dissatisfied with the fried oysters. Too much batter . Couldn't taste the oyster.. but overall food was good.
Came here for date night and loved it! Place was cute and gave me the vibe that I was on a ship. Ordered the crab rangoons which were really good. They also give you bread sticks which was great when it came time to dipping it in your seafood sauce. Came here on a Monday night, it wasn't too busy. No reservation needed. I got the Monday night special which is half a snow crab legs, mussels, and shrimp with head-off. It came with corn and potatoes. For sauce I got the garlic butter seasoning with a mild spice level. This was delicious! I absolutely loved it and I cannot wait to go back. Our server was awesome as well. Great place.
Loved the selection of shellfish we could put in the boil. I got shrimp, clams, and black mussels with garlic butter. Service AND food was quick. Nobody I observed had to wait more than five minutes for their food. Also provided was a bib, gloved, and wet nap to make sure you didn't end up going home all fishy!
